The event featured two founders operating in different industries (AI and FMCG) each sharing insights into how they approached product-market fit, scaling, and international expansion.

🤖 Paul Burcă (Assista AI) presented the journey of scaling an AI product from 1,800 to 40,000 users in just 6 months.

His talk focused on go-to-market execution, rapid iteration, and scaling in a competitive global AI market, offering practical lessons for founders building SaaS or AI products.

🌍 Cristian Bodiu (HangOff) shared how HangOff, a Romanian consumer brand, reached 500+ retail locations across 4 countries in just two years.

His experience highlighted key aspects of market validation, distribution strategy, and scaling a product in the FMCG industry. It was less of a presentation and more of a masterclass in execution, with plenty of wellness shots to keep the crowd going.

These real-world examples provided valuable insights for anyone interested in startup growth, international scaling, and building sustainable businesses.
