As part of its efforts to support the development of the business environment in Southeast Romania, the National Union of Romanian Employers – Southeast Region (UNPR-RSE) has laid the foundations for a community focused on innovation and entrepreneurship. One of the most visible initiatives to emerge from these efforts is Ambasada.pro, the tech hub and startup community in Constanța that connects young founders with resources, mentors, and relevant partners for growth and collaboration.

Starting in January 2026, we continue this mission through a new strategic partnership with SeedBlink, a European platform for investment round management and fundraising for startups and SMEs. This collaboration expands Ambasada’s role beyond education and community building, by providing access to a complete digital solution for raising capital — SeedBlink CORE — a tool that simplifies fundraising processes, investor relations, and transaction execution. 💡
From UNPR-RSE’s perspective, the Ambasada × SeedBlink partnership represents a natural bridge to the next stage in the development of local startups: moving from validation and community building to professional funding mechanisms. Through SeedBlink CORE, startups in the region will be able to:
- present their profile to local and international investors;
- run funding rounds using clear procedures and dedicated digital tools;
- structure their business story and investment terms with the support of the platform’s resources.
From our perspective, this is not only about access to capital, but about building a sustainable ecosystem, where local founders can turn ideas into scalable companies at regional and European level.
The partnership marks an important step in strengthening Ambasada’s role as a bridge between the entrepreneurial community in Southeast Romania and the capital resources startups need to grow responsibly and stay connected to the global market.
