In a vibrant and inspirational atmosphere, Hubbin by the Association of Constanta Companies (AFCT) hosted a remarkable startup mentoring event in February, in which members of the National Union of Romanian Employers, South-East Region, also had the opportunity to get involved.

This initiative brought together mentors from the local business environment, representatives from partner companies such as Virtono and Admin Toolsand an enthusiastic cohort of young entrepreneurs - teams of students from (Ovidius University in Constanța) and high school students determined to turn their innovative visions into successful companies.

The President of the Youth Entrepreneurs Commission, UNPR-RSE, Teodora Moraru, offered valuable advice and guidance to aspiring entrepreneurs. The event focused on deep discussions about the challenges and opportunities related to creating and scaling a startup in the digital age, with a special emphasis on the importance of adopting new technologies, effective market positioning strategies, product idea validation, and navigating the landscape of national business accelerators.

Mentorship, recognized as an invaluable resource in the entrepreneurial world, was the cornerstone of this meeting, facilitating an exchange of experiences and essential knowledge for young entrepreneurs at the beginning of their journey. Representatives Virtono and Admin Tools shared valuable insights on how to integrate emerging technologies into the development of their products and services, how to identify and capitalize on market niches, and how to build a compelling value proposition for potential clients.

The discussions also addressed the importance of validating business concepts through direct market feedback, as well as strategies for effective presentations to investors and potential partners. Through interactive sessions, participants had the opportunity to test their ideas, receive constructive feedback, and learn how to adjust business strategies to maximize long-term impact and success.

The mentoring event organized by AFCT, in which UNPR-RSE also participated, wasn't just a learning platform but also a valuable networking environment where young entrepreneurs had the opportunity to connect with business leaders and experts in the field.
