Pentru noi, experien\u021ba din Creta a fost \u00een egal\u0103 m\u0103sur\u0103 o oportunitate de \u00eenv\u0103\u021bare \u0219i un prilej de celebrare: \u0219ansa de a construi rela\u021bii cu regiuni care au transformat gastronomia \u00eentr-un motor de dezvoltare comunitar\u0103, de a descoperi idei \u0219i modele relevante pentru propriul nostru parcurs c\u0103tre 2029 \u0219i de a promova Dobrogea pe scena interna\u021bional\u0103.<\/p><h2><span class=\"s1\"><b>De ce am fost \u00een Creta<\/b><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Participarea noastr\u0103 a avut un obiectiv clar: s\u0103 \u00eenv\u0103\u021b\u0103m direct de la regiunile care contribuie activ la conversa\u021bia global\u0103 despre gastronomie, cultur\u0103 \u0219i sustenabilitate \u0219i s\u0103 aducem aceste exemple \u00een Dobrogea, pe m\u0103sur\u0103 ce construim identitatea gastronomic\u0103 a regiunii pentru anul 2029.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Pe parcursul celor trei zile de program, participan\u021bii au explorat modul \u00een care gastronomia poate consolida comunit\u0103\u021bile, valorifica patrimoniul local, sus\u021bine turismul sustenabil \u0219i conecta cercetarea, educa\u021bia \u0219i cunoa\u0219terea tradi\u021bional\u0103.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Programul a \u00eenceput cu <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldfoodgiftchallenge.org\/\"><strong>World Food Gift Challenge<\/strong><\/a>, unde <strong>peste 40 de produse \u0219i cadouri gastronomice provenite din 14 regiuni<\/strong> au fost prezentate la Aquila Atlantis Hotel din Heraklion. Au urmat vizite ghidate \u00een pie\u021be locale, \u00eent\u00e2lniri cu membrii Asocia\u021biei Femeilor \u021aes\u0103toare din Elounda \u201ePorfyra\u201d \u0219i ateliere culinare dedicate prepar\u0103rii pastelor tradi\u021bionale skioufichta \u0219i altor specialit\u0103\u021bi cretane.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">A doua zi a fost dedicat\u0103 biodiversit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i inova\u021biei \u00een cadrul Gr\u0103dinii Botanice din Creta, unde regiunile participante au \u00eemp\u0103rt\u0103\u0219it exemple de bune practici privind conservarea biodiversit\u0103\u021bii locale, agricultura sustenabil\u0103 \u0219i implicarea cet\u0103\u021benilor.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">\u00cen cea de-a treia zi am vizitat FORTH (Foundation for Research and Technology \u2013 Hellas), unde cercet\u0103torii au prezentat proiecte de ultim\u0103 genera\u021bie dedicate sistemelor alimentare: de la utilizarea inteligen\u021bei artificiale pentru analiza caracteristicilor senzoriale ale uleiului de m\u0103sline, p\u00e2n\u0103 la solu\u021bii de trasabilitate la nivel de produs \u0219i cercet\u0103ri aplicate care conecteaz\u0103 \u0219tiin\u021ba, produc\u021bia alimentar\u0103 \u0219i s\u0103n\u0103tatea public\u0103.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Aceste schimburi de experien\u021b\u0103 reprezint\u0103 exact tipul de inspira\u021bie care va contribui la dezvoltarea ini\u021biativelor Dobrogei \u00een anii urm\u0103tori.<\/p><h2><span class=\"s1\"><b>O poveste c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103toare din Delta Dun\u0103rii<\/b><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">Punctul culminant al reuniunii a fost <strong>ceremonia de premiere a World Food Gift Challenge<\/strong>, \u00een cadrul c\u0103reia au fost anun\u021ba\u021bi cei 15 c\u00e2\u0219tig\u0103tori ai edi\u021biei 2026, \u00een timpul Galei organizate de Regiunea Creta.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Iar printre ace\u0219tia s-a aflat \u0219i Dobrogea.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">La doar <strong>26 de ani, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marangoz.ro\/produs\/macheta-lotca\/\">Alex Onofrei<\/a><\/strong>, marangoz \u0219i p\u0103str\u0103tor al unui me\u0219te\u0219ug aflat \u00een pericol de dispari\u021bie, a c\u00e2\u0219tigat premiul <a href=\"https:\/\/www.worldfoodgiftchallenge.org\/2026-edition\/\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Best Educational Gift<\/b><\/span><\/a> cu proiectul s\u0103u <a href=\"https:\/\/www.marangoz.ro\/produs\/macheta-lotca\/\"><span class=\"s1\"><b>Lotca Kit<\/b><\/span><\/a>.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Mai mult dec\u00e2t un obiect, Lotca Kit este o invita\u021bie la descoperire. Este despre lotc\u0103, ambarca\u021biunea tradi\u021bional\u0103 a Deltei Dun\u0103rii, despre lemn, r\u0103bdare \u0219i m\u00e2inile care dau via\u021b\u0103 unei tradi\u021bii transmise din genera\u021bie \u00een genera\u021bie. Din tradi\u021bie c\u0103tre genera\u021biile care vin.<\/p><h2><span class=\"s1\"><b>Ce aducem acas\u0103<\/b><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"p1\">De la cultura plantelor s\u0103lbatice promovat\u0103 \u00een Gr\u0103dina Botanic\u0103 p\u00e2n\u0103 la laboratoarele de cercetare ale FORTH, am v\u0103zut cum tradi\u021bia \u0219i inova\u021bia pot coexista pentru a construi sisteme alimentare mai reziliente \u0219i comunit\u0103\u021bi mai puternice.<\/p><p class=\"p1\">Pentru Dobrogea, aceast\u0103 reuniune a reprezentat \u00eenc\u0103 un pas important \u00een construirea de pun\u021bi \u00eentre culturi, comunit\u0103\u021bi \u0219i regiuni \u0219i \u00een promovarea gastronomiei nu doar ca hran\u0103, ci ca expresie a identit\u0103\u021bii, creativit\u0103\u021bii \u0219i apartenen\u021bei.
