style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> and Co-founder of <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/www.ambasada.pro\/\"><b>Ambasada<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, joined as a <\/span><b>Gen Z Buddy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> in the <\/span><b>\u201cRedescoperim (TINE)RII\u201d program<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a pilot project by AMMARE x <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/fontct.ro\/index.html\"><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">FONT<\/span><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, held at <\/span><a href=\"https:\/\/zborhub.ro\/\"><b>ZBOR Hub Constan\u021ba<\/b><\/a><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program, dedicated to young people from Constan\u021ba, aimed to redefine the way we work with younger generations: through collaboration, horizontal mentorship, and genuine involvement in the life of the community.<\/span><\/p><p><img Strategy<\/b><\/h3><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201cRedescoperim (TINE)RII\u201d brought together multidisciplinary teams of high school students who worked on five major themes of adult life: <\/span><b>education, culture, sports, civic engagement, and relationships<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The program\u2019s model was collaborative, built on the principles of <\/span><b>experiential learning and co-creation<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: of:<\/span><\/p><ul><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>5\u20136 young participants<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, responsible for research, ideation, and prototyping<\/span>\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A facilitator<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who guided the process and ensured group dynamics<\/span>\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A Gen Z Buddy<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a young professional offering personalized support, clarity, and real-world insights<\/span>\u00a0<\/li><li style=\"font-weight: 400;\" aria-level=\"1\"><b>A psychologist<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, who monitored individual and team growth, facilitating authentic communication and personal reflection<\/span>\u00a0<\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">This structure enabled a natural, safe, and deeply collaborative learning environment, where every participant had the space to contribute, experiment, and express themselves.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The role of the Gen Z Buddy was not that of a trainer, but rather a <\/span><b>process partner<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, a \u201ctranslator\u201d between the participants\u2019 enthusiasm and the realities of the business, education, and innovation worlds.<\/span><\/p><h3><b>\ud83d\ude80 A \u201cRocket\u201d Team and a High-Potential Idea: S.P.O.T.<\/b><\/h3><p><img decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone 1024px\" \/><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">Teodora had the opportunity to work closely with the <\/span><b>\ud83d\ude80 Rocket Team<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, which developed the idea <\/span><b>S.P.O.T.<\/b><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"> \u2013 an app designed to connect young people in Constan\u021ba with local opportunities for events, jobs, and internships.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">The project started from a harsh reality:<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">\u201c70% of young people in Constan\u021ba leave the city, while 60% of local companies report a shortage of young workforce.\u201d<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">S.P.O.T. aims to change this dynamic through a platform that highlights events, initiatives, and places where young people can grow both professionally and personally.<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\"><br \/><\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In the long term, the app envisions integrating job listings, internships, and a gamification system, turning community connection into a how deeply they want to make real change happen.
